All of our trainers will be sticking to the 2M rule during each session, all equipment will be cleaned beforehand and we’ll also have cleaning products with us, we’ll also be wearing protective gear. Most of our trainers also get tested every single week. Your safety and health is our main priority.
We cover the whole of London.
No gym membership is required, we’ll train you in your nearest park, office and at home.
We only offer group sessions for pairs of 2.
All sessions last 1 hour.
Yes, you can train indoors as long as you’re providing the space for yourself and your personal trainer.
The only thing you’ll need to bring is water, your trainer will provide all of the equipment.
Our PT’s are both male and female which have all been through a four stage vetting process, we’re sure you’ll love them!
Your initial consultation is always done by our assessment coordinator who is a male, we currently have more male trainers on the team than female trainers (we’re working on this) so we’ll try our best to match you up with a female trainer, if they cover the area you live in of course.
It all depends on what you tell us during your consultation, our assessment coordinator is really good at picking out what personal trainer on our team he feels will suit you, based on your goals and requirements of course.
It’s pretty simple, you’ll always have direct contact with our assessment coordinator, so you can simply message him requesting a refund, or you can simply just ask if he can change your trainer for you.
To protect the team’s diaries and also to encourage clients to complete scheduled sessions we do have a minimum 24 hour cancellation/rescheduling policy for scheduled sessions. Sessions changed less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full to the client, to cancel/reschedule your sessions all you have to do is message your trainer.
Our express guarantee is pretty simple if you aren’t happy with your first session we’ll offer you an express refund, no more waiting 5-10 days to receive your money back, you’ll receive your money back on the same day, or you can opt to just change trainers instead.
Under our monthly subscription membership, your service will be active for a minimum of 2 calendar months. Thereafter, you will be able to cancel your membership at any point. If you cancel your membership by the 14th calendar day of the month, the cancellation will apply by the end of that month. Any incomplete sessions in a month, as part of the subscription service, cannot be rolled over to the next month.
You certainly can, once your 2 months are up you can either continue,cancel or put your subscription on hold until further notice.
All block sessions expire after 3 months from your purchase date.
All payments must be made in full, we understand it’s a big commitment but like we say to all of our new clients, it’s one of the best commitments you’ll make in your life, and that’s a promise from us.
Unfortunately due to the high caliber of personal trainers we have on board we can’t offer any discounts, it would be unfair on our trainers, the results and service they provide is second to none, and that’s a promise from us.
All participants must be 18 years old and above.
We offer every person we train nutritional guidance, we also offer clients any workout programs you may need outside of the sessions with your personal trainer.
